Katrina Keys is a Human Resources Executive with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources. Her experience includes corporate and outsourced HR, consulting, strategy and project management in multiple industries, i.e. IT Consulting, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, and Telecommunications.
Katrina believes that her biggest accomplishments are her two children; her daughter who is focused on living her best life, and her son who attends the University of Idaho where he plays football. Traveling, playing board games with her kiddos, growing roses, shopping, and going to the rodeo are just a few of the things she enjoys in her off time
Katrina is a passionate advocate of relationships, volunteering, culture, and employee engagement. She has been able to express her passions via her businesses, as the networking liaison for a non-profit and via a podcast.

One of Katrina’s passions is volunteering. She has been a part of the recruiting and interviewing team for non-profit’s youth, while providing volunteer support at job fairs and as a presenter for career workshop(s). She continues to be involved with a local HR organization, specifically on the HR Gives Back and the University Liaison Committees.
Katrina is also the Networking Liaison for Single Mommies Can, an organization that provides mentoring, support services and life coaching for teen moms.
SMC’s mission is to empower each teenage mother with determination and the will to be more than a “teenage mother” and to be the example of Single Mommies Can Do anything they set out to do…Single Mommies Can BE successful.
